There are two separate living areas, the principal living area comprising
salon/lounge/dining room, plus the den, a second living room adjacent to bedroom 5, which
together with bedroom 5 comprises the master bedroom suite.
The villa is entered by the front door, leading into the entrance hall which is at a high
level and looks down over the entire living area. A flight of sweeping stairs leads down
around the octagonal shaped salon into the salon itself. Tall archways provide access to
the lounge and separate dining area, providing a feeling of light and space.
The lounge is furnished with high quality hide sofas, with metal and cane coffee tables.
The salon is furnished with quality cane armchairs and sofa. Both areas provide
comfortable seating.
The dining room features a magnificent granite table, with cane chairs providing seating
for ten. There is a matching sideboard and shelving unit also in cane.
At the far end of the villa, adjacent to bedroom 5, is the den, which looks out over a
large (64 sq.m.) sun terrace. Very elegantly furnished, the den provides a calm and
peaceful haven in which to relax or work. There is a high quality leather suite offering
extremely comfortable seating, a coffee table and the choice of subdued or brighter
lighting. There is also a beautiful glass desk, handy for writing postcards, indispensable
for a serious bout of work, should that be necessary.
