My-Villa rental prices, per week

For April to October inclusive, the following are included in the rental price:

• Full use of the entire villa and all of its facilities.

• Maid service, comprising two visits per week*, normally on a Friday/Saturday and mid week. During the final week of your stay, the second visit of the week will be at the end of your stay, for the change over clean. Extra maid visits may be arranged at your own expense - please consult if this is required.

  * We reserve the right to withdraw the mid week maid visit without notice under circumstances of 'force majeur', such as illness or other personal crisis. In such a circumstance, we will be under no obligation to provide any form of recompense for the reduction in service. Please note, we have never yet actually had to do this.

• For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided, including laundry thereof. Please bring your own beach/pool towels as these are not provided.

• Normal consumption of water.

• Normal consumption of electricity.

For November to March inclusive, the low season, the following are included in the rental price:

• My-Villa is only rented as a four bedroom villa during the period November to March. The master bedroom, bedroom 5, is not available for your use (nor are the en-suite bathroom facilities of bedroom 5). However, 'the den', the living room adjacent to bedroom 5, remains available to you. There is a sofa bed in the den.

  The reason for this is that the owners mainly occupy My-Villa during the low season, since the villa is rented during the summer. Rentals during November to March are sporadic, but require the owners to move elsewhere when renting. Without some space reserved for storing their own possessions, moving out for a short period is a major disruption. In fact, without some private storage space, a short move involves as much effort as moving out for an extended period.

  During the low season, November to March, having only four bedrooms available for guests is not normally an inconvenience, as groups tend to be smaller at this time. If you consult the My-Villa floor plan, the area not available to you is the very left hand part of the section shown in white. There remain four bedrooms for you to use, which are all in the section shaded grey, three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
  
  If you really do need five bedrooms during this period, then please consult with us.

• A charge is made for all electricity consumed, calculated from electricity meter readings taken on arrival and departure (and including V.A.T). This is primarily to cover the cost of the warm air heating system. This heating is produced by our reversible air conditioning system, which uses a heat pump. This is super efficient, with one kilowatt of input electricity generating 4.5 kilowatts of heat. Hence the cost of running this is normally quite reasonable, but of course will vary according to the weather, the number of rooms you occupy, the length of your stay and how high you turn up the temperature gauge.
